The author

Dr. Daniel Tataje

Daniel Tataje grew up in Lima, Peru, dreaming of becoming a dentist. But God’s plan for his life went far beyond his expectations. Through perseverance and faith, he became the owner of multiple thriving dental practices and developed his signature framework, The 7 Marks of Leadership, to help others lead with courage, humility, and love.

Today, Daniel serves as the founder and CEO of Mercy Dental Group, a dental support organization (DSO) that operates more than a dozen thriving practices throughout the Madison area. When he is not teaching or leading his organizations, you will find him spending time with his family or playing guitar. His mission is simple: to make the world better by investing in one person at a time.
